Arrive a little early on Friday and give your horses a chance to see the arena.

We'll help move them around and show them the out gates.

Friday night, Sept. 6th is the contractors' appreciation supper at the Wheatland County Fairgrounds. Settle your animals in and come fill your belly, meet your event producers, and pick up your contractors' packets. 6PM cocktail hour with 7PM supper. FREE for contractors, sponsors, staff and their families.

We'll begin bucking dummy horses at 9AM, if entries are full enough we may begin at 8AM. Ticketed performance with 4 and 5-year-olds will begin at 12noon. Please bring your own riders. We have added more money and incentives for cowboys, but if you want a guaranteed rider for your horses, please bring one with you. We are continuing to make best efforts to encourage rider participation and hope that in the future we will have enough cowboys to cover all entries.

Bring your own water tanks and feed. Water on site.
